Silverback Communications can ship globally except for countries that are on the US non exportation list. Silverback Communications can ship UPS, Fedex, DHL and works with a variety of freight companies.
The limited warranty listed on your price quote or online sale specifically EXCLUDES damage resulting from causes other than normal wear and tear including, without limitation: neglect, accident; alterations; improper use or misuse; failure of electrical power; air conditioning, or humidity control; acts of God, including, withoutl limitation: lightning strikes or power surges. Warranty and restocking is non-transferrable and is valid from the date of the original purchase only. Silverback Communications will provide an advanced replacement for items they can replace under their advanced replacement warranty. A refund will be received as soon as the defective product is received by Silverback Commuications. All equipment comes with a 30 day warranty, but longer warranties are included with other products and will be noted on you estimate. Please contact us if you receive a defective product at info@sbnetworkit.com. You can also conatct your account manager or online platform where the equipment was provided.
A restocking fee of 25% will be charged for all equipment returned to Silverback Communications during the first 90 days of the warranty period that is deemed as working and operational upon Silverback Communications, LLC receipt of returned equipment excluding specialty ordered material. The restocking fee will be in effect for the first 90 days of the warranty period provided by Silverback Communications, LLC and will also apply to purchase orders that are canceled before the equipment is received or shipped. All RMA’s whether defective or not expire after 14 calendar days if not returned.
